Rental Rates  &  Terms

• 3 or 4 night minimum rental will be required during all Summer Months and Holidays.  A 3 night minimum rental may be required for weekend rentals during Low season. 
  
  
• 2010 Rental Rate:  $350 per Night.  $2,450 per Week
  
  
• We require a 50% deposit to make & confirm your reservation. The balance of the rental is due 4 weeks prior to arrival.
  
  
• Maximum cccupancy is 9 persons.
  
  
• Check in is 2:00 pm, Check out is 12:00 noon.
  
  
• No pets, nor indoor smoking is allowed in our home. Thank you for you understanding.
